- You are an employee of our sales organization
- Support in the preparation of offers for the respective customer area
- Processing of orders, price maintenance in SAP system
- Preparation of invoices (tooling / development costs / prototypes)
- Tracking of prototype orders and delivery dates and coordination with the customer
- Tracking of outstanding receivables, clarification with the customer and report generation
- Participation in project meetings for the respective customer area
- General administrative tasks
- Successfully completed commercial professional training
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry and in an international environment
- Experience in the areas of office work, sales administration, sales/ distribution
- Team-oriented working method
- Extensive experience with SAP or similar and MS Office applications
- Hands-on mentality and technical interest
- Strong communication skills and self-assertion
- Business fluent in English and German language, additional language skills are an advantage
