Performance-related Wages and Benefits
On principle, ICSI compensates outstandig achievements with performance- and success-oriented bonuses. A base salary is paid according to the requirements of the job, with a closed watch on the market. This enables ICSI to guarantee competitivity and attractiveness. A variable bonus element is added to the base salary to make up the total salary, thereby guaranteeing that each member of staff contributes to the success of ICSI. As additional compensation, ICSI offers a company pension sheme available to all employees. We also offer additional perks such anniversary bonuses, "employees recruit employees" bonuses and subsidized Job-tickets (Heidelberg office only). In view of achieving a better "Work-life balance", ICSI allows for employees to work on a flexible schedule, as well as offering several activities linked to health-management at the workplace.
